So...I'm pretty much all packed for Berlin. All I have left is my computer and the various crap in my purse, which won't be packed until Thursday. And I didn't even have a lot of annoying questions for Sam and Felix. How much do I rock?

If anyone didn't get the e-mail (mostly because I don't know a lot of your addresses), I set up a lj for my semester in Berlin. It's really for my parents and grandparents, so it's pretty hokey. So apparently The N will not be airing the episodes of Degrassi where Manny finds out she is pregnant and gets an abortion. Why? "It's too sensitive a subject for an American audience."

I wrote an e-mail to The N telling them how irresponsible and stupid this decision is. Paige can get raped, Ashley can take E, Marco can come out, but Manny can't have an abortion?

No one censors my Degrassi and gets away with it.

Argh. I am beyond broke. Since my stupid little Sam Goody is so stupid and little, there aren't enough hours. Therefore, I can't even be hired back because there aren't enough hours for the employees who are already working there. I've put in a bunch of applications for other stores, but I haven't heard anything yet. Most of the stores told me that they wouldn't even start reviewing the application until Monday. Poo.

It could be worse, though. I was planning on getting a second job so I could pay for parking if my parents let me take my car down in the spring. However, Bonnie has broken down twice in the two weeks I've been home. Last week something had to be replaced in the transmission. So, my parents have basically said that there is no way they are letting me take my piece of shit car down to DC. And my dad is next in line for a new car, so...that's that.

Also, the lack of employment does open up my time for Degrassi. Every Episode Marathon next weekend! w00t!

And, finally, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEVIN!!! I know it's a bit early, but what are the chances I would update this thing twice in one month, let alone one day? And I didn't bother to do the lj-link code, because anyone who reads this and cares will know how to get to your journal. Anyway, have a good one, don't get too drunk, and tell me how drunk-Degrassi is. ^_^
